How does provisioning work?

Choose an app, pick an address, and pay securely. We then deploy a dedicated, single-tenant instance of that app on our managed server and email you the link and login details.

What address will my app have?

Apps live at [prefix]-[your-slug].ya1.uk, for example crm-smith.ya1.uk. You choose the prefix; we show you the exact URL before you pay.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes — bring your own domain free. Contact support after checkout to arrange it.

How do I cancel or change my payment method?

From your dashboard, use Manage subscription to open the secure billing portal.

Is my data private?

Yes. Each instance is dedicated to you, with no tracking, no data harvesting and no sharing.
